A system developed in Germany to relieve pain localized in the head, neck, lower back, shoulder and knee joints.
Author Roland Liebscher-Bracht developed the exercises for the whole body based on modern medical research as well as his own experience in clinical practice.
He observed patients for 10 years and saw over 17,000 pain conditions. Roland concluded that the primary cause of pain is severe muscle tension, which causes the brain to generate pain sensations to prevent joint and spinal damage.
In order to relieve this tension, the author worked with Dr. Petra Bracht, who specializes in general medicine and naturopathy, to develop a set of exercises and massage techniques that can be easily performed at home.
Thousands of patients at the Roland Clinic have confirmed the effectiveness of these Liebscher-Bracht exercises in regular surveys.
According to the latest data, neck pain decreased in 81% of 112 study participants within 3 days; low back pain in 90% of participants within 7 days; and knee pain in 75%, including participants with osteoarthritis.
"Our methodology is suitable for self-treatment or will perfectly complement and extend your traditional treatment regimen. We are confident that with the exercises in this book, everyone can live pain-free, stay healthy and flexible into old age. You will still be playing soccer with your grandchildren - that's what we always say to our patients". - R. Liebscher-Bracht
