Payment

• Online payment by credit card — you can pay for your order by credit or debit card immediately upon placing it. Receipt of payment in this case is controlled automatically and usually takes no more than 5 minutes. We accept payments by VISA and Mastercard bank cards
• Paypal — payment through your PayPal account
• Bank transfer — after placing the order, you receive the necessary details and pay for the purchase by bank transfer, for example, through your online bank. Please note: with this payment method, the order will only be processed after the money has been credited to the account (order processing time may increase by 2-3 days).
• You can also pay with our electronic gift card, which can be purchased via the link.

All payment transactions are encrypted and absolutely secure.

Return of goods

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Only those items that you purchased at full price are accepted for return. Products sold on sale, on sale or at a discount will not be accepted for return.

According to Section 12, Part 6 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer is responsible for the safety and quality of the product during the period of validity of the right of return.

We reserve the right to refuse the buyer a return of the product if the product has been in use, is damaged, is not complete, has lost its original appearance (scratches, wrinkled corners and similar defects are visible), or if the product was not sufficiently hermetically sealed when returned (the corners of the books are not protected, the cover is not protected from scratches and bends), which led to damage to the product.

When returning the product, you must present (put in the parcel) a completed return form. Returns are made through your local post office or an international courier service. When returning goods, money for the delivery will not be refunded.

• Pack the goods so that they do not deform: in a sealed and solid package, the corners are securely protected, the cover is not subject to bending and scratches.
