Excellent selection of books and reasonable prices. The website is also very user-friendly – easy to navigate and find everything you need. But I'd like to receive the birthday coupon with my order, not after. My birthday was February 13th, I placed my order on February 14th, and I received the coupon today. But maybe I just didn't understand how it works. I wish your bookstore prosperity and more happy customers!

It's a rare occasion when I truly want to leave an honest review. I live in Portugal, and it's extremely rare for anyone to fly here from our region. And then, coincidentally, a friend's mother from Estonia was supposed to fly in—in just a few days. There was almost no time for delivery. I called and tearfully asked them to expedite the order. And the company did everything perfectly. The parcel was shipped the very next day, and now it's in Estonia—and will be on its way to me in Portugal very soon. Thank you so much for your kindness and promptness. When access to books is limited, it's especially valuable to be able to get a truly good book. This is so much more than just delivery 🙏🏻🤍
