Very good service. The books are in excellent condition and very well packaged. Express delivery works as promised, within 3 days. Delivery to Switzerland by mail takes about 12-14 days. Books not listed on the website can be ordered upon request. I received a response to my request immediately. I ordered and hope to receive it soon, even though it is delivered through an intermediary. This is not my first time ordering, and each time I am satisfied with the impeccable service and staff. Thank you so much for delivering not only the books but also the small gifts that always come with them. I am glad I found this option.

Delivery within the EU was fast, despite the discount period. We are very pleased and will continue to order from you. I also REALLY liked how flexible your ordering system is! Every detail is thought out for customer convenience: you can add additional books to your order even after finalizing the order and payment (and this always happens! Before you have time to place your order, there are another book or two that absolutely must be added immediately. This option eliminates the need for tedious communication and requests; you can add everything yourself). Well done!
