I am as happy as a child when I receive parcels with books from your store. And I always know that the books arrived in perfect condition, because the packaging is beyond praise: the books are packed in bubble wrap, and on top of that the whole pack is securely wrapped in even thicker bubble wrap. I also really like that you use exactly as much tape as necessary: it securely fastens the packaging, but at the same time there is not too much of it, and it is pleasant to unpack (I think this will be a plus for people sensitive to everything sticky). I especially want to thank you for the gifts and wonderful cards that you put in the parcels! It is so incredibly pleasant and joyful to receive such cute surprises. Thank you very much!
