The books were packaged so well that they were safe for shipping, which is crucial, as people often order books as gifts or to add to their favorite collections of a particular series, and it's important that the books are free of any external defects. I also found an envelope with bookmarks and a customer discount card in the package, which was also a very nice touch. But I'd like to receive the birthday coupon with my order, not after. My birthday was February 13th, I placed my order on February 14th, and I received the coupon today. It's a rare occasion when I truly want to leave an honest review. I live in Portugal, and it's extremely rare for anyone to fly here from our region. And then, coincidentally, a friend's mother from Estonia was supposed to fly in—in just a few days. There was almost no time for delivery. I called and tearfully asked them to expedite the order. And the company did everything perfectly. The parcel was shipped the very next day, and now it's in Estonia—and will be on its way to me in Portugal very soon. Thank you so much for your kindness and promptness. When access to books is limited, it's especially valuable to be able to get a truly good book. This is so much more than just delivery 🙏🏻🤍
