Delivery to countries of geographical Europe (including the UK, Norway): we send orders by DHL, Fedex, DPD and HRX.
Free delivery to EU countries, as well as to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia for orders over 49.99. For orders of less, the cost of standard delivery is €14.99. The cost of express delivery can be calculated by adding the product to the cart.
Delivery to other countries of the world (USA, Canada, Israel, etc.) is paid: its cost can be calculated before payment, simply by adding the product to the cart.
Delivery times:
- Standard delivery by courier services: 6-12 business days after the order is processed.
- DHL paid express delivery: 2-3 business days after the order is processed.
What else do you need to know?
- The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg.
- The order is processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed, after which we pass your order to the delivery service. During discounts and in December, the order processing time may increase to 7 working days. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the money has arrived to our account, which may take an additional 2-3 working days.
- Please check the contact information carefully when placing an order. The correct delivery address and phone number will help us deliver your order on time.
- We recommend that you check with the customs department of the delivery country for information on customs declaration, taxes and duties.
- Parcels delivered to the UK, worth more than 135 pounds, will need to be cleared through customs and duty paid. If the order value does not exceed 135 pounds, you do not need to pay anything extra.
- During holidays and sales, the order processing time may increase by 2-4 working days. On pre-holiday and holiday days, information about increased delivery times can be found on the official websites of courier services.
Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
Delivery of all orders in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is carried out through Omniva, Venipak Pickup Point parcel terminals and by Venipak courier service.
Latvia
- Delivery to Omniva, Venipak Pickup Point parcel terminals: for orders over €19.99 – free! For orders of lesser amount – delivery cost is €2.99.
- Delivery by Venipak courier: for orders over €19.99 – free! For orders of less than €4.99, delivery fee.
Standard delivery times in Latvia are 2-3 business days after order processing, depending on the payment method and delivery location.
- Pick up in store (Latvia) You can pick up your purchase directly from the store. This is a free delivery method! To do this, select the "Pick up in store" option when placing an order. When picking up your order, you must have the order number with you.
Lithuania, Estonia
- Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals: for orders over €19.99 – free! For orders of less than €5.99, delivery fee.
- Delivery to Venipak Pickup Point parcel terminals: for orders of €19.99 and over – free! For orders of less than €4.99, delivery fee.
- Delivery by Venipak courier: for orders of €19.99 and over – free! For orders of less than €6.99, delivery fee.
Delivery time to Lithuania, Estonia – 2-4 working days after order processing. In case of delivery by courier service to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, the day before or on the day of delivery, the courier will contact you in advance to confirm the address and specify the delivery time.
