All orders are shipped only with 100% prepayment.

How do we ship?

  • Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia: Omniva, Venipak.
  • Europe and other countries: DHL, Fedex, DPD and HRX.
  • Delivery cost and service selection are calculated automatically when when placing an order, depending on the country and weight of the parcel.

Free delivery

  • Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - free delivery for orders over €19.99.
  • Across the EU and to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia - free delivery for orders over €49.99.

Paid delivery

  • Latvia - delivery cost by courier is €4.99, and to a parcel machine - € 2.99.
  • Lithuania, Estonia - the cost of delivery by courier is €6.99, and to a parcel machine - from € 4.99.
  • Across the EU and to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia - the cost of delivery by courier is €14.99.
  • Delivery to other countries of the world (USA, Canada, Israel, etc.) - only for a fee.

DHL Express Delivery

  • Express delivery - only for a fee: its cost can be calculated before payment, simply by adding the product to the basket and selecting your country.

📦PACKING AND SHIPPING TIME

  • Orders are processed and collected within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, order collection begins only after funds are received!
  • During big sales and Christmas rush, order processing times increase to 7 business days😊
  • Large orders (over 30 kg) can be sent in several parcels.

  • For countries outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland, USA) customs duties are possible, duties and taxes.

  • Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2-4 business days
  • EU and the rest of the world: 6-14 business days (depending on the country)

Shipment is not possible on weekends and holidays is being produced.
