We deliver books all over the world!

All orders are shipped only with 100% prepayment.

How do we ship?

Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia: Omniva, Venipak.
Europe and other countries: DHL, Fedex, DPD и HRX.
Delivery cost and service selection are calculated automatically when placing an order, depending on the country and weight of the parcel.

Delivery times

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–4 business days
EU and the rest of the world: 6–14 business days (depending on the country)
Express delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on the country)

Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays.

We show the average transit time provided by postal services. Although we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, the final delivery time depends only on the postal and customs services.

In any case, we will do our best to send your order as soon as possible!

Delivery costs

Free delivery

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: free delivery on orders from €19.99.
Within the EU and to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia — free delivery on orders from €49.99.

Paid delivery

Latvia — courier delivery is €4.99, parcel locker is €2.99.
Lithuania, Estonia — courier delivery is €6.99, parcel locker from €4.99.
Within the EU and to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia — courier delivery costs €14.99.
Delivery to other countries (USA, Canada, Israel, etc.) is paid only.
Delivery to Israel: due to the situation in the region DHL added a temporary risk surcharge of €40. FedEx: delivery to Israel without this surcharge; in that case we cannot guarantee the usual transit times. The parcel may take much longer, including delays of several weeks.

DHL Express delivery

Express delivery is paid only: you can calculate the cost before payment by adding the item to the cart and selecting your country.

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order from our store in Riga, Liepaja or Daugavpils. This is a free and the fastest delivery method!
You can pick up the order only after confirmation that it is ready at the selected store. Please have the order number with you.

Parcel tracking

All shipments have a tracking number, which we send to your email on the day of dispatch.
Registered users can see the tracking number in their account.
If the email did not arrive, check the Spam folder or contact us.
Before and during holidays, information about longer delivery times is available on the courier services’ official websites.
A correct delivery address and phone number help us deliver your order on time!

Packing and shipping times

Orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
If you pay by bank transfer, packing starts only after the funds are received!
During big sales, order processing can take up to 7 business days.
Large orders (over 30 kg) may be shipped in several parcels.

Customs clearance

For non-EU countries (for example the UK, Switzerland, USA) customs duties, fees and taxes may apply.
Please check customs declaration, taxes and duties with the customs office of the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for paying any additional fees.

Tips for book lovers

A few useful tips to make shopping more convenient:

Want to add books to an order you already placed?
Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet. Add the books to the cart — the “Add to order” option will appear in Payment. Pay by PayPal, card or online bank, and the books will be added to your order. You can add books to the same order only once.
If there is no button, the order has already been packed. In that case please place a new order.
Want to buy a book now and ship it later with the next order?
When choosing delivery, select “Buy and hold (add to a future order)”. With the next order this purchase will appear in your cart, and we will ship everything in one parcel. You can hold no more than two orders. On the third order the hold option is unavailable — you can add the first two held orders instead.
