I ordered here twice and honestly I am delighted! The delivery is quite fast, considering that the delivery was free, sometimes parcels take longer to arrive in Germany, but here the guys do a great job. I also really like the quality of the packaging, everything is reliable, not a single book was damaged and, of course, it is important to mention the nice gifts, be it postcards, magnets, with the first order there is even a loyalty card) The prices here are good and there is a fairly large selection, not many "competitors" can boast such advantages. The only and not very significant minus is the stickers with the price tag on the books, not all books are packed in film and unfortunately I don't really like to tear off these stickers separately, although they are of fairly high quality and come off easily, but I still consider this an unpleasant moment, with which, I am sure, many will agree. However, this is a mere trifle compared to all the positive emotions, Thank you for your work! 🫶🏻

If I could, I would give more than five stars, because I have been buying books from Polaris for five years now, and I never cease to be amazed by the service! Every order feels like a holiday! I have asked more than once about books that I could not find in the assortment, and the feedback did not make me wait, and the staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, friendly people; talking to them is like drinking the sun! :) The parcels are always meticulously packed, so the books always arrive in perfect condition, and they also delight with surprises in the form of bookmarks and postcards!

I love and adore this book shop! I was and have been able to buy books I've been wanting for years but have been unable to due to the sanctions on Russia. My first order was so well packed that it took an effort to get into them, lol. Plus the shop included some wonderful goodies. And lastly, I received my books incredibly fast, going to the USA, and got to me in four days. I just placed my second order two days ago and am looking forward to receiving it.
