"I Love Russian" is a bright and modern textbook for continuing students of Russian at level B1. The manual is designed for students familiar with the prepositional-case system of nominal parts of speech, the aspect-tense system of verbs and having a vocabulary of 1000-1200 units. The textbook is designed for systematic work in groups or individually under the guidance of a teacher, but can also be used for independent work. Answer keys can be purchased for the textbook.
The manual consists of four lessons, each of which is divided into two modules. The textbook is built on the CEFR system (90-100 contact hours) and created by the academic team of Liden & Denz in accordance with the communicative approach to language teaching and the criteria of practical training.
"I Love Russian B1" prepares students to pass the exam and obtain the first certification level of proficiency in the Russian language (TRKI-1).
The lexical and grammatical material is presented in accordance with the communicative teaching method. Authentic audio material is available via QR code. Each module covers all language aspects and is a well-balanced and structured mixture of phonetics, grammar, exercises and oral skills, combined in an everyday conversational topic. Each module also contains a glossary, self-assessment (can do criteria) and a review/test section.
