The leader of the legendary Siberian band Kalinov Most, Dmitry Revyakin, occupies a special place among the poets of Russian rock. From the formal side it is manifested at least in the fact that his poetic texts, as researchers have noticed, are far ahead of all our other rockers in terms of lexical diversity. Not in the least, this was due to Revyakin's fascination with history, as well as the poetry of the Russian language reformer Velimir Khlebnikov.
Dmitry Alexandrovich Revyakin, whom his admirers respectfully and with an obvious hint call "DAR", is a real Siberian nugget of ours. Having grown up in the distant Transbaikalia, having written a huge layer of songs on the edge of the earth - between the ocean and volcanoes of Kamchatka, he absorbed the energies and meanings of the vast Eurasian space of the former Soviet Union and created his unique poetic language. Many of our compatriots, even those who are far from domestic rock, have heard his song "Native". However, not everyone knows that in addition to more than two dozen albums with "Kalinov Most" and solo, he is also the author of six books of poetry. Works from all these editions are presented in the present collection. For the first time the lyrics are arranged not by album cycles (the famous "Vyvoroten", "Darza", "Uzaren", "Ulcha Belt", "Weapon", etc.), but in chronological order with indication of dates and place of writing, so that the general genesis of many works, the release of which was sometimes separated by tens of years, becomes obvious. Moreover, many lyrics of still unreleased songs are published for the first time, and a number of such "novelties" belong to the now classic period of Revyakin's creative heyday of the "nineties". The book includes rare photographs, drafts and autographs of the poet.
