The "Learning to Read" set includes reusable cards with more than 200 tasks. By performing them, the child will begin to recognize syllables in words faster, read them together and understand the meaning of what they read.
The set is intended for children who already know letters, but have difficulties in combining letters into syllables, reading syllables together and reading words as a whole. The set includes tasks of several levels of difficulty, and it is recommended to move to the tasks of the next level of difficulty when the child has fully mastered and copes well with the tasks of the previous one. What is special about the set:
- 4 levels of task difficulty;
- Thanks to the enlarged format of the cards, it is convenient for the child to study with them;
- The cards are reusable - you can do the tasks with any water-based marker, erase and do them again!
The set consists of cards with tasks:
- Find and circle the given combination of consonant and vowel letter in the word;
- Read the names of funny animals and find the syllables that make up the names;
- Read words of different complexity: one-syllable, two-syllable, three-syllable, words with open and closed syllables, with consonants at the beginning and at the end of the word;
- Read sentences;
- Read texts;
- Additional activiti-tasks.
Important for parents to know:
- The set of cards is designed for children from the age of 4;
- You can use any whiteboard marker or water-based felt-tip pen to work with the cards, which can be easily erased, allowing you to perform the tasks many times;
- The cards are perfect for individual lessons at home for parents and children, as well as for the work of professionals who teach reading: teachers, speech therapists, speech pathologists;
- The manual is aimed at the development of visual and auditory attention, perception, memory, active and passive vocabulary.
