This book is the first officially published in Russian language textbook, which presents a vast amount of information concerning the original concept - Fascial Distortion Model/FDM (Fascial Distortion Model), proposed by American osteopathic physician S. Tipaldos. Tipaldos. The manual provides detailed information about the physiology of connective tissue (fascia), describes in detail the diagnostic criteria of fascial distortions. Techniques of therapeutic manipulations are reviewed and illustrated. Questions for self-control are given. The proposed structure helps to highlight the main aspects of the presented method, to organize and specify the learning process.
