Very responsive staff! It was nice to be able to transfer a book from one Polaris to another that was closer to my work. This saved a lot of time and nerves when looking for the right copy. When the book arrived, I got a call to let me know I could pick it up. But I couldn't answer right away. So they called me back to make sure I got the information. Very pleasant! The only point that personally I am a little repulsive is the pestering of consultants with the offer to suggest something. If I need something, I myself will pester them with the necessary question. :) But this is personally my subjective perception. For shy people such pestering can be a salvation. In general, the network of stores is awesome! More customers and more decent literature at an affordable price!
