Ordered 7 books on January 4. All came 12 (delivery was DHL to Germany Hesse). In the parcel put a letter (which by the way forgot to tape), cardboard ruler, bookmarks well and the books themselves. Two books had a defect (one had a crumpled corner of the cover, the second was damaged glossy layer), but in general I'm happy with the store and I'm going to order here next!!!!
