I really wanted to buy Artamonov's book "Without the Right to Return", but because of the sanctions imposed on Russia, I could not do it, because there is no possibility to pay for the order via credit card. I also searched on Google and there were several online stores in the Baltic countries, most of which were exclusively in the language of the country. That's how I came across the Polaris store in Riga, which attracted me by the fact that its website is in Russian. Upon entering the site I immediately realized that this online store is professionally done, all the information is on the palm of my hand and it was very easy for me as a new customer to navigate the site. Registration and order were completed within a couple of minutes and I was very surprised by the "democratic" postal rates (compared to neighboring stores). The order was processed and sent by DHL within one (!) day from May 5 to May 6 and today, May 9, I have already received the long-awaited book. Everything was carefully packed, the book itself is sealed in shrink-wrap film. In the process of waiting for the order I received four letters notifying me at what stage of processing is my order and the last letter notified that the order has been shipped, with the number to track the parcel. I would like to note the impeccable informativeness and spelling of both the store's website and the content of the letters. In general, I was very satisfied with my experience with Polaris store and thank all employees of the store for excellent service. I have bookmarked it in my browser for future purchases and will definitely recommend it to my friends."
