Janusz Korczak (1878-1942) was a great Polish educator, talented writer and public figure. During World War I, he served as a military doctor in a divisional field hospital of the Russian Imperial Army, after which he worked as a doctor in orphanages for Ukrainian children. During World War II, being sent to a concentration camp together with the pupils of the "Orphans' Home", he refused freedom several times, preferring death with his charges in the gas chamber. Janusz Korczak left not only a memory of himself, but also valuable books. The book "All about how to love a child" is a true encyclopedia for the upbringing of small people by adults. Children are individuals who are distinguished only by their lack of life experience. They have the right to respect, voice, their own opinion. They should be treated differently, but unequivocally with warmth and love. Thanks to colorful metaphors and competent recommendations of Janusz Korczak you will learn to listen, hear and understand the child. Who knows, maybe it is in him that the genius sleeps?
