The Moon Post Office on Twilight Alley opens only after sunset. It's said that from here you can send a letter to anyone, anywhere—to the past, present, or future—if you know the specific rules.
Letters are written here in mirror images, concealing within the lines feelings long held in the heart but never daring to reveal, and then given to Suigetsu, a silent and attentive postman who knows more than is usually spoken aloud.

Each letter is an attempt at reconciliation, farewell, or a new beginning, and each is sent where it's most needed. But words don't always change fate immediately. Sometimes they take time to be heard.
