Evpatoria. In the twentieth century, this small resort town in the west of Crimea, which has a rich history and unique architecture, like other cities of the peninsula, experienced many terrible events. Particularly many trials fell on the local population during the revolutionary upheavals of 1917 and the bloody Civil War that followed. One of its manifestations was the mass red terror, which is in Evpatoria acquired the most brutal and terrible forms. The most famous tragedy was the tragedy that occurred in early January 1918, when in just a few days the Bolsheviks and other left-wing radicals brutally murdered hundreds of people. In contrast, other episodes of violence remained virtually unknown for a long time. The aim of this paper is to fill this gap.
