This book brings together historical sources and scholarly research on one of the largest battles of medieval Europe—the Battle of Grunwald in 1410.

The first part of the publication includes chapters from the 15th-century Polish historian and diplomat Jan Długosz's "History of Poland," dedicated to the events of the Great War of 1409–1411, and an article by V.L. Razumovskaya, which examines the course of the battle, the composition of the forces, the interpretation of the battle's episodes, and its historical significance.

The second part is a comprehensive study by the Belarusian historian R.B. Gagua. Based on the translation of a new source, the anonymous "Chronicle of the Conflict between Władysław, King of Poland, and the Teutonic Knights in the Year of Christ 1410," this work complements and expands our understanding of the course of the Polish-Lithuanian-Teutonic conflict and allows us to place it in a broader historical context. The book includes maps and diagrams of the events of the Battle of Grunwald and color illustrations of the banners of the units that took part in it.

This publication will be of interest to medieval historians, students of the humanities, and anyone interested in the history of medieval Europe.
