And then there's Carl Roebuck, who continues to cherish grandiose projects, and Police Chief Douglas Reimer, whose wife, running away with a mysterious lover, literally only got to the last step of the stairs, and all the other inhabitants of North Bart, who have problems like fallen leaves in an autumn forest ... And the whole town can hardly cope without Sally, and when the main local villain returns from not too distant places ...
