"Vision Training Album" is created and developed with the support of leading ophthalmologists specifically for preventive support and restoration of vision. - Place the stereo picture at a distance of 10 cm. from the face. Focus your gaze on the picture and then relax your eye muscles as if looking through the stereogram.
