"Pulp Fiction," Bukowski's final novel and swan song, is simply not recommended for readers without a sense of humor!

It's truly a unique kind of satire, dedicated to "bad literature." The book's plot itself is devoid of dynamics, devoid of intrigue, devoid of everything, but precisely for that reason, it's infinitely brilliant. The novel's main strength is its narrative style. The descriptions and dialogue are filled with an atmosphere of filth, violence, and fear. At the same time, Bukowski parodies genuine pulp fiction with literally every sentence. And although the author's style is simplistic to the extreme, I must point out his astonishing sense of humor, which will surely appeal to readers who possess it.
