If I could, I would give more than five stars, because I have been buying books from Polaris for five years now, and I never cease to be amazed by the service! Every order feels like a holiday! I have asked more than once about books that I could not find in the assortment, and the feedback did not make me wait, and the staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, friendly people; talking to them is like drinking the sun! :) The parcels are always meticulously packed, so the books always arrive in perfect condition, and they also delight with surprises in the form of bookmarks and postcards!

The second time the order came quickly, everything was packed at the highest level and small souvenirs are very nice. There is feedback with the manager, which is very important. Thank you for your work!
