Most of Vsevolod Sysoyev's life (and the writer lived almost 100 years!) was spent in the Amur Region. A hunter by profession, a naturalist and traveler by vocation Sysoev sincerely loved this majestic and unique region. He traveled many kilometers through the Amur taiga, including the untraveled paths of its northern regions.
