The book "Everything that is not Anarchy" is a spontaneous, but extremely logical and long-awaited continuation of the legendary publication "I Don't Believe in Anarchy". In other words, it is the second collection of publications about Yegor Letov and the band "Civil Defense", including almost all the remaining lifetime and selected posthumous materials.
The principle of selection and arrangement has been preserved, so strict academic articles are juxtaposed with curiosities, bright and uncommon publications. Only such a collage helps to get closer to understanding the main character of this book. In the end Letov quite rightly stated: "I realized that I am a huge number of very specific private ideas about how it all is".
