The formation of Soviet Russia is inseparable from the "global scale" by which the Bolsheviks who came to power measured their domestic and foreign policy. From 1918 to 1923, the unstable German Republic was the main place where efforts were made to transfer the "world proletarian revolution" to Central Europe. The monograph traces the initial stage of the history of the German Communist Party, the methods and channels of influence of the theory and practice of the RCP(b) on it. Its upper limit is the fiasco of the "German October", i.e. the attempt to seize power by German communists in the autumn of 1923, which became an important stimulus for the aggravation of the intra-party conflict in the leadership of the RCP(b), which largely predetermined the further course of Russian history.
