Delivery to countries of geographical Europe (including Great Britain, Norway): we send orders by HRX, DPD, Fedex and DHL.

For orders over €49.99 – we deliver the parcel for free!

For orders of less – the cost of standard delivery is €14.99. The cost of express delivery can be calculated by adding the item to the basket.

Delivery times:

• Standard delivery by courier services: 6-12 working days after the order is processed.
• DHL paid express delivery: 2-3 working days after the order is processed.

What else do you need to know?

• The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg.
• The order is processed within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed, after which we transfer your order to the delivery service. During discounts and in December, the order processing time may increase to 7 working days. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the money has arrived to our account, which may take an additional 2-3 working days.
• Please check the contact information carefully when placing an order. Correct delivery address and phone number will help us to deliver your order on time.
• We recommend that you check with the customs department of the delivery country for information on customs declaration, taxes and duties.
• Parcels delivered to the UK, worth more than £135, will need to be cleared through customs and duty paid. If the order value does not exceed £135, you do not need to pay anything extra.
• During holidays and sales, order processing times may be increased by 2-4 working days. On pre-holiday and holiday days, information about increased delivery times can be found on the official websites of courier services.

Delivery in the Baltics

Delivery of all orders in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is carried out through Omniva, Venipak Pickup Point parcel terminals and the Venipak courier service.

Latvia

• Delivery to Omniva, Venipak Pickup Point parcel terminals: free for orders of €19.99 or more! For orders of less, the cost of delivery is €2.99.
• Delivery by Venipak courier: free for orders of €19.99 or more! For orders of less, the cost of delivery is €4.99.

Standard delivery times in Latvia are 2-3 business days after the order is processed, depending on the payment method and the delivery location.

Pick up the goods in the store (Latvia)You can pick up your purchase directly from the store. This is a free shipping method! To do this, you must select the "Pick up item in store" option during the checkout process. When receiving your order, please have your order number with you.

Lithuania, Estonia
