"Security Services and Culture" is the title of a series of lectures and publications by Russian writer and historian Fyodor Ibatovich Razzakov. In this project, the author explores how the secret services (both in Tsarist Russia and the USSR) interacted with cultural figures, influenced cultural processes, and even became part of them.

In his works, Razzakov examines a wide range of historical subjects. For example:
- Alexander Pushkin. In one lecture, the author offers a new version of the poet's death, analyzing the influence of the Third Section on his life and duel.
- Mikhail Lermontov. Razzakov examines the mysterious circumstances of his death, drawing parallels between the activities of the Third Section and the KGB.
- Soviet Culture. In other works, such as "The KGB Plays Rock" and "The KGB Makes Films," the author explores how the secret services oversaw pop music, jazz, the bard movement, and even rock music, creating controlled VIAs as an alternative to Western groups.
