The book is devoted to the history of civilian uniforms in the Russian Empire during the period of their emergence and regulation in the second half of the 18th and first half of the 19th centuries. The publication is a detailed reference book prepared on the basis of analyzing legislative sources, archival materials and memoirs of contemporaries.
