Igor Nikolaevich Sukhikh is a literary scholar, doctor of philological sciences, professor at St. Petersburg University, writer, and critic. He is the author of numerous studies on the history of Russian literature of the XIX-XX centuries, including the books "Problems of Chekhov's Poetics", "Chekhov in Life: Plots for a Small Novel", "From... and to...
