The plot of the Ukrainian folk tale "Mitten" is similar to the plot of the Russian folk tale "Teremok": the grandfather went to the forest for firewood; he walked and walked and did not notice how he lost his mitten. A mouse ran, saw the mitten and decided to live in it. Then came a frog, a hare, followed by a fox, followed by a wolf, a boar and a bear. As always in fairy tales, there was enough room for everyone! The book is illustrated by the famous artist Evgeny Rachev. The drawings of the first and most famous version are given - the one that today is kept in art museums of the world. One drawing is published for the first time.
