The third book in the BML series about the adventures of the "guest from the future" Alice Selezneva and her good old friends includes five novels and three stories. Readers will learn how young, but already a former traveler gets into the world of insects.
Alice will face the harsh desert of the Ice Asteroid and a secret pirate planet. Science fiction writer Igor Vsevolodovich Mozheiko, known in the literary world under the pseudonym Kir Bulychev, sends his heroine to the Middle Ages, where she finds herself in the center of historical events. In the story "The Radiator of Kindness" Alice becomes a participant in a detective story and begins to investigate the only kidnapping of a scientist who disappeared on the eve of his anniversary.
In another story in the collection, Alice has to save the dinosaurs living on a distant planet. The plots of other stories are no less curious. It is no coincidence that by the end of the twentieth century Mozheiko became in our country one of the most popular fiction writers. The secret of his success lies in irrepressible imagination and incredible efficiency. From under the pen Mozheiko came out hundreds of stories, novels and novels.
And there were also translations of foreign fiction - more than two dozen authors. Released in the early XXI century. collection of works by Kir Bulychev amounted to 18 volumes. An important place in them was occupied by "Aliciana" - a cycle devoted to the adventures of Alice Selezneva, with whom readers meet again on the pages of this book.
The drawings in this book are made by Evgeny Tikhonovich Migunov. He almost always depicts his characters in motion, and this is not accidental, because the artist worked for many years in animated movies. In 1939 Eugene Tikhonovich entered the art department of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography, where he began to study in the workshop of the famous Ivanov-Vano. After graduating from the VGIK, Migunov became not an ordinary artist-cartoonist, and became a true innovator of drawn and puppet movies. His creative developments played an important role in the formation of the modern school of Russian animation. Migunov invented new techniques, patented inventions that helped "revitalize" puppets, offered new directorial techniques. Since 1961 Evgeny Tikhonovich began to cooperate with the magazines "Murzilka", "Veselye Kartinki", "Pioneer", "Crocodile", making for them numerous illustrations. The hand of the master in them is recognized at first sight. In 1965 with his illustrations came out Strugatsky's story "Monday Begins on Saturday". In manner and technique, they are very similar to the drawings of Yevgeny Tikhonovich to the novels of Bulychev. Their main distinguishing feature is dynamism.
