With the book "Beware of Winter!" you will prepare your child for safety on winter walks. Three cautionary tales about a playful tiger cub will help you learn where to be careful at this time of year:

- How to play safely with snow;

- Why it's bad to eat icicles;

- What is the danger of slippery ice, etc.

How to practice using the book:

- Read the story to your toddler as emotionally as possible;

- give your child a chance to look at the illustrations and internalize the content;

- discuss what you have read, ask questions, for example: What did the tiger cub do wrong? Why did he get into trouble? What would you do in this situation?

- repeat the new safety rule;

- reinforce the new knowledge with a game, the child has to retell the story from the pictures and repeat the rule. Do not stop at what has been achieved. On walks, remember the stories you read and repeat the conclusions. In this way, knowledge will turn into skills, and eventually into a healthy and safe lifestyle. Help your child learn important rules by example, not by your own experience with the book "Beware of Winter!".
