The book presents research on the possibilities to regulate the longevity of bees at the discretion of humans. It presents: theoretical substantiation, practical methods and techniques for the formation of long-lived generations of bees, both in spring, summer and fall, including in automated mode. The "Axioms of beekeeping" relevant to the "long-lived bee" are formulated. The schemes of obtaining a long-lived bee with simultaneous production of royal jelly, honey, homogenate of trout larvae, non-fetal and fetal mothers, leading to several times higher profitability, are considered. Possibilities, theoretical substantiation and practical methods and techniques of brood disease treatment during the process of formation of long-lived generation of bees are investigated. The concepts are introduced: "availability of larvae in space", "availability of larvae in time", "frequency of feeding", "need of larvae in royal jelly", "cycle of search for consumers of royal jelly". The "Theory of nutrient assimilation by foraging bees" is presented. Conclusions and examples are given about the possibilities of practical use of the theory. A multi-stage analysis of the relationship between the process of obtaining a long-lived bee and the development of Varroa mite is given. The methodology is formulated and practical methods of getting rid of the mite without the use of medicines and chemicals are given.
