After the bloody First World War, when human life lost all value and therefore all meaning, the successful implementation of the first Soviet five-year plan excited the best minds of humanity. The great visionary Herbert Wells developed the Open Conspiracy for the world community of states - a convergence of different types of people united by the idea of reorganizing world affairs, which will ultimately allow for the "awakening of mankind from the nightmare, the infantile nightmare of the struggle for existence and the inevitability of war."

In the anti-utopian essays "The Open Conspiracy" (1933), "The New World Order" (1939), the writer calls for the creation of a new world order that will rid the world of capitalism of economic crises and chronic social tensions that threaten to develop into a socialist revolution. The capitalist West, which has entered the stage of imperialism, needs "a world revolution aimed at universal peace, well-being and happy activity." The guarantor of the New World Order will be the United States of the World.
But Wells' enthusiasm did not prevent civilization from being drawn into the Second World War, from which the greatest benefit was received by the global financial interbank oligarchy, which imposed the anti-human "New World Order" of the collective West headed by the USA.

The prophetic works of H.G. Wells will not leave indifferent all those who, through intellectual or military labor, are building a bastion of courage, love and goodness on planet Earth - the reviving Great Russia.
