One night, a young poultry farm owner named Chinonso was crossing a bridge when he saw a woman attempting to jump into the river. His unexpected appearance saved Ndali from death. This meeting marked the beginning of their love, but they could not be together due to their different social statuses.
However, this did not deter Chinonso; he saw Ndali as his true purpose in life, so he sold all his possessions in Nigeria and went to study in Cyprus, hoping to win her hand.
This story could have been a beautiful romantic fairy tale, but in reality, Chinonso was cruelly deceived and left alone in a foreign land without money or shelter. Like a Homeric hero, he drifted, drifting further and further from his dreams, his home, and his former life.
He fervently fought fate, but under its blows, the young man's kind heart was filled with black bitterness.
