This manual was compiled based on Olympiad problems in mathematics by faculty members of the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The manual contains:

- descriptions of problem-solving methods,

- a set of tasks for solution.
The manual covers the following topics: arithmetic problems, logic problems, the Dirichlet principle, invariants, games and tournaments, integers, graphs, combinatorics and elements of probability theory, elements of algebra, and geometry.
The problems in the sections and the sequence of sections themselves are organized according to the principle "from simple to complex."
This manual can be used for three years: in 5th grade, go through all sections, selecting problems for 5th grade; in 6th grade, go through all sections again, selecting problems for 6th grade; and so on. You can also complete the course in a shorter period of time: in two years if you started studying in the 6th grade, or in one year if you are already in the 7th grade.
