Denis is sure that he was lucky with his mother. She can do everything at the same time! Roast-cook, lemon squeezes, waters flowers, cleans the house, plays ball with Denis, knocks on laptop keys. He's on the phone! He's doing it! One day Denis found a book on the shelf, where on the cover was painted a creature with a bunch of legs or arms, similar to ... his mother! But my mom said it was an octopus book. And then it dawned on Denis: his mother does not even know about her multi-armedness! And he decided that his mother had to be rescued urgently, because he didn't have to look like an octopus. It so happened that his discovery coincided with their move to another city, where his mother was born and raised. There still lived Deniskin’s grandparents, his aunt, his mother’s younger sister, old friends and good neighbors of their family. So suddenly, Denis had a lot of helpers in the rescue of his mother. His grandmother cooked food, his grandfather took Denis to kindergarten, his mother’s childhood friend studied with him, and Denis and his aunt helped his mother with household chores. And every day the hands of my mother became smaller, until one fine evening Denis noticed that now she has as many as a person should. Exactly two! And then he realized that his mother was saved!

Probably every mother knows this feeling when she begins to feel like an octopus, or rather, an octopus. So the author of this book Asle Perker after the birth of her daughter noticed that she slowly turns into an octopus. That’s when she decided to write about it so that all the children would learn how to help their octopus moms become happy. And the pictures for this book were drawn by another mother – artist Ezgi Kelesh, who also manages to raise a child, raise a cat, illustrate children’s books and magazines.
