The American writer Andre Norton, the "great lady of fiction" of the XX century, owns more than 130 books. This mountainous land was abandoned by the people of the Ancient Race for unknown reasons, and those who came here named it High Hollak in honor of their lost homeland. This new world could only be entered through a magical Gate. Before the Great Invasion, High Hollak enjoyed peace and law reigned within its borders. But the blessed times came to an end.
