The fairy tale "Dwarf Nose" has long been firmly established among the most famous and beloved stories for children all over the world. Films and cartoons are made based on it, the story of Dwarf Nose is performed in theaters and retold in new ways.

"Dwarf Nose" is included in the almanac of fairy tales by Wilhelm Hauff, first published in 1827, under the general title "The Alexandrian Sheikh and His Slaves".

Especially for this edition, the writer Anna Gurova re-translated the tale of the German writer, and the artist Anton Lomaev drew illustrations that transport the reader to the streets of an ancient German city, where knights and wizards, ordinary townspeople and dukes live side by side, where everyday life is closely intertwined with magic.
