METHODS OF PAYMENT

Delivery times:
- Standard delivery by courier services: 6-12 working days
after the order is processed.
- DHL paid express delivery: 2-3 working days after the

What else do you need to know?
- The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg.
- The order is processed within 3-5 working days after
payment is confirmed, after which we transfer your order to the
delivery service. During discounts and in December, the order processing time
may increase to 7 working days. In case of payment
by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after
the money has arrived to our account, which may take an additional
2-3 working days.

- We recommend that you check with the customs department of the
delivery country for information on customs declaration, taxes and duties.
- Parcels delivered to the UK, worth more than
£135, will need to be cleared through customs and duty paid. If

£135, you do not need to pay anything extra.
