How often does what we sincerely believe turn out to be a delusion, and what we fear losing turns into an illusion? For Nika, the heroine of the story "I'm Letting You Go," a few days were enough to realize that the life she'd spent eight long years building was her own creation. She'd imposed the rules by which she lived, and Ilya, without whom she seemed unable to live a minute, was far from ideal: she'd sacrificed everything for him, and he's unwilling to give up even a modicum of his comfort and peace for her, making not only her unhappy but also his own wife, who can't help but suspect his long-standing affair. And it turned out that saying the words "I'm letting you go" was much easier than she imagined. And there's no need to regret ruined castles, if they were made of sand.
