The total circulation of all his textbooks is more than 20 million books. Their popularity is well-deserved. In addition to a large volume of mathematical information, the textbooks have a number of important features, such as simplicity of presentation of the material, accuracy of wording, and the use of visual images. This publication is the 2nd part of a geometry textbook for students in grades 9-10 of high school, which contains information on stereometry - a section of geometry that studies the properties of figures in space. Here the reader will get acquainted with the basic concepts of stereometry (point, line and plane), will receive important information about polyhedra, will learn to calculate the volume of a cylinder, cone and sphere. To consolidate the theoretical material, the textbook offers problems and exercises. This book is intended primarily for students and teachers of secondary school. It can be used in lessons and as additional material to consolidate the knowledge gained. The textbook by A. P. Kiselev will become a reliable assistant for the student in achieving high academic results.
