"Heortodromion," literally translated from Greek as "procession through the feasts," is a collection of commentaries by St. Nicodemus the Hagiorite on the festal canons created by St. John of Damascus and St. Cosmas of Maiuma in the 8th century and still used in the liturgical practice of our Church. In writing these commentaries, St. Nicodemus, one of the greatest theologians and teachers of the Greek Church of the 18th and 19th centuries, imbued them with his entire love for Orthodox worship and the patristic teachings.

This edition includes commentaries on the canons of Matins from Palm Sunday to Pascha, which were found in the second volume of the Greek three-volume edition from the late 20th century.

This book is addressed to all who are interested in the profound meaning of liturgical texts and love the works and traditions of the Holy Fathers.
