The monograph tells about the design and construction in 1914 - 1925 of destroyers of the types "Daring", "Happy" and "Fidonisi" for the Russian Black Sea Fleet, their participation in the two world wars, as well as the fate of the ships, which at the end of 1920 after the revolution and civil war in Russia in the North African port of Bizerte. The Black Sea "newcomers" occupy a special place in the history of Russian shipbuilding as the most modern at that time and the first in their class serial steam-turbine ships of the Russian Imperial Navy. Due to their high TTE and strong armament, they were rightfully considered one of the most successful representatives of their class and proved to be the most effective in the number of destroyed enemy vessels.
