Every animal and every plant has its own purpose in the universe. The problem arises only when man does not use his abilities correctly. From the beginning I did not realize that my farm, Krameterhof, would become a permaculture base, truly connected to nature. I myself have only been introduced to the concept of permaculture a few years ago. And when my experience becomes interesting for a growing part of humanity, I am of course glad. Degeneration and lack of understanding of nature is a sign of our time. The urgent need, as I see it, to make sense of nature is something that should start from childhood. Maybe my life, as I have written in the pages of this book, will help you to do that.
