"Fahrenheit 451" is one of the greatest novels of all time, a classic of science fiction.

In an ideal society of the future, people have completely lost their individuality. Television has become part of the family, books are banned and destroyed by a special squad of firefighters.

Guy Montag fights against those who break the law. He burns down houses in which books were found. But a meeting with an unusual girl, Clarissa, makes Guy think about the meaning of his work. Having hidden several books, he begins to do what is forbidden - to read and look for answers to questions.

This book received an award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the Hugo Award, was included in the list of 100 best novels of the 20th century, and was twice filmed (in 1966 and 2018). The popularity of the novel had a huge influence on the work of many musical groups, film directors, comic book authors and creators of computer games.
