This book is dedicated to the construction and combat service of "Admiral Makarov", "Bayan" and "Pallada", which by the willful decision of the Manager of the Maritime Ministry Admiral F.K. Avelan repeated the type of Arthurian "Bayan", the only armored cruiser, with honor endured the entire siege of the fortress.
