I received a package from kniga.lv, and to say I'm thrilled is an understatement!

I paid for the order, they were already assembling it, and only then, after checking my book lists, did I discover I had already purchased one of the books. I asked them to replace it with another. The next day, they replied that the book had been replaced! I am very grateful to them for their sensitivity and understanding!
