I wanted to buy books, but they weren't in stock. I called the store, and they explained to me very politely and thoroughly, professionally, what I needed to do. I ordered online from the store's website, and received an email confirming the books were in stock. I called the store again, and the girl on the phone explained how to place an order online on their website. I paid and am waiting for my order to arrive at the parcel machine.
